Talk on “Young India, Strong India”

The Department of Physical Education & Sports, along with the NCC and NSS Units, successfully organized a special talk on the theme “Young India, Strong India” on August 24, 2023, starting at 11:00 am.

The event took place at Shiv Gauri Hall and featured an inspiring guest speaker, Retired Army Officer Captain Meera Dave. With a distinguished career in the Indian Armed Forces, Captain Meera Dave, a recipient of numerous awards, shared valuable insights on the opportunities available for young girls within the Armed Forces and in the realm of Global Education. The session garnered significant interest, drawing an audience of over 200 university students, who gained an exceptional perspective on fostering strength and leadership in the youth of India.

This special talk was coordinated by Dr. Neha Raval, Dr. Tanvi Tarpara & Dr. Avani Shah, with support and Motivation from the Hon’ble Provost Sir Dr. Daxesh Thakar.
