The Inaugural Ceremony of the MBA programme was successfully organized by the Department of Management Studies at Jyoti Dalal School of Commerce and Management Studies on September 5, 2024.

The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri Kriplani T. Desai, President of the Board of Management, VVWU, and Chairman of Vanita Vishram, Surat, along with the Guest of Honour, Shri Pravin T. Vora, Vice-President of the Board of Management, VVWU, and Vice-Chairman, Vanita Vishram, Surat, and Dr. Daxesh Thakar, Provost, VVWU. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Manisha Panwala, Professor at DBIM, VNSGU, who offered insightful guidance to the MBA students on the ways to achieve success in life.

The ceremony was further honoured by the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Shri M. C. Desai, Secretary, Vanita Vishram, Surat; Dr. R. D. Patel, Registrar, VVWU; Dr. Satish Patel, Controller of Examination, VVWU; Deans of various faculties, and Heads of Departments.

Approximately 100 students and their parents attended the ceremony, making it a meaningful and enriching experience for all.

The event was conducted under the guidance and support of Hon’ble Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar and the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Dr. Abhilasha Agarwal. The programme was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Bosky A. Suratwala and Ms. Foram Modi.
