Important instructions before you start filling the online application form:

1. Check your eligibility before you start filling the form. The eligibility criteria are mentioned once you select your program on the admission website mentioned below. If you are not eligible in any particular programme or course then please do not apply.
2. Don’t type everything in capital letters.
3. Kindly note that the details provided by you will be considered as final therefore provide accurate details. Write your date of birth as per your school leaving certificate only. DO NOT write date of birth as per your Aadhar card.
4. Student has to pay the fees either by cheque/demand draft or cash at the time of taking admission. Fee amount is mentioned on the instruction page of admission website. Post-dated cheque is not accepted.
5. BEFORE you fill this form, please keep the following documents/ details ready with you as they will be required to fill the form:

• Latest passport size scanned photo (selfie not allowed). Photo size must be between 200 KB to 300 KB.
• Scanned image of your signature with black pen on white plain paper (less than 50 KB)
• H.S.C./ Graduation Equivalent mark sheet(s)
• School leaving certificate or Transfer certificate
• Aadhar card
• ABC ID (DigiLocker) Watch how to create ABC ID
• Your blood group (If you don’t know your blood group then please get it checked from a certified laboratory is required in ID card.)
