Expert Talk on ‘Students’ Safety & Legal Rights’

On 17th August 2024, as a part of Anti Ragging Week, the Anti-ragging Committee and Anti Sexual Harassment Committee organised an Expert Talk on the topic ‘Students safety and legal rights: Navigating Anti-Ragging and Anti-Sexual Harassment Laws’.

The speakers were Advocate Poonam Mishra from Gujarat High Court and Advocate Arti Patel from Family Court. The session was very informative and students interacted with the speakers regarding their concerns. Around 110 students benefited from the program.

The activity was conducted under the guidance and support of Honourable Provost sir Dr. Daxesh Thakar and supervision of Dr Abhilasha Agarwal (Chairperson-ASHC) and Dr. Ruchika Agarwal (Convener-ARC) along with the coordination of committee members and squad members.
