Department of Management Studies, Department of English, Department of Gujarati, Department of Hindi, and Department of History jointly organized an Essay Writing Competition on the theme ‘Language, Culture and Heritage’ for the students of Vanita Vishram Women’s University (VVWU) on July 29th, 2025.
The competition was conducted as a part of the National Education Policy (NEP) initiatives to encourage students to develop and showcase their critical thinking, creativity, and written communication skills.
A total of 81 students from various departments of VVWU actively participated in the competition. Four students from different departments were selected as winners in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages. The winners were felicitated with Certificates of Appreciation.
We are extremely thankful to Honb’le Provost Sir Dr. Daxesh Thakar, Registrar Dr. R. D. Patel for their constant motivation and guidance, and Dr. Abhilasha Agarwal, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies for her unwavering support.

The event was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Bosky Surratwala and Dr. Aditya Farsole and alongwith the Faculties of Department of Management Studies, Department of English, Department of Gujarati, Department of History, and Department of Hindi.
