The Department of Commerce, Jyoti Dalal School of Commerce and Management, VVWU, Surat, successfully organized a Seminar by Ms. Jalpa Shah Madam (Vice President, RBB, HDFC Bank, Surat), Ms. Madhuri Kyatam Madam (Assistant Vice President, State Head- Training and Quality Team, Ahmedabad) and Mr. Nilesh Unalkat Sir (Vice President, WBO, HDFC Bank, Surat) on Career Opportunities in Banking Sector in Shivgauri Hall, VVWU, Athwagate, Surat on the 10th September 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for T.Y. B.Com and M.Com. students. This seminar aimed to educate students about career opportunities, skills, and trends in the banking sector.
Approx. 300 Students attended the session and got the benefit to understand the concept. The session proved to be an enriching and enhancing their knowledge.
The program was organized under the guidance and support of our Hon’ble Provost, Dr. Daxesh Thakar and Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Dr. Abhilasha Agarwal and Head of Department of Commerce, Dr. Nanda Bothra.
The event was well-coordinated by Ms. Mahafreen Patel and Ms. Nikita Keshan, Department of Commerce whose meticulous planning ensured smooth execution.
