The Department of Psychology, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Vanita Vishram Women’s University hosted a Field Visit to the Psychology Labs B-204, B-207, B-208 on 1st October, 2025 from 9 am onwards for the 11th Grade Students of Delhi Public School.
The objectives of this visit were to help the students get acquainted with Psychological Instruments, understand the nature of Psychometric Tests, and see firsthand how a Psychology Laboratory functions. A key goal of the event was also to create Mental Health Awareness among the visiting students.
The event saw an active involvement of 106 Psychology students as volunteers, who ensured the smooth execution of the Lab Visit and helped interact with the students of Delhi Public School.
The Field Visit was successfully hosted under the guidance of our Honorable Provost, Dr. Daxesh Thakar, with the cooperation and support of Dr. Aditya Farsole, Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
It was coordinated by the event coordinators, Ms. Wasuddha Tikmani and Ms. Vaani Mittal, Teaching Assistant, Department of Psychology.
