Dr. Manisha Vyas, Dean School of Science & Technology & HoD, Department of Food & Nutrition had the distinguished privilege of participating in the Research Competition orchestrated by the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership (GTTP), convened amidst the historic splendours of Athens, Greece, from the 23rd to the 26th of November, 2025.
In her erudite capacity, she mentored two students hailing from diverse schools and, in concert with Dr. Sanjay Mehta, the esteemed Director of GTTP (India), proudly presented their scholarly endeavours as Team India.
The conference witnessed the confluence of delegations from eleven nations, each eloquently exhibiting the rich tapestry of their artistic heritage, culinary traditions, and cultural magnificence.
