The Departments of Accountancy and Economics of Jyoti Dalal School of Commerce & Management, VVWU, successfully organized an expert session on the “Union Budget 2026 : From Numbers to Impact” on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
The session featured CA Hiren Abhangi, Managing and Senior Partner at Abhangi and Abhangi LLP, as the Expert and distinguished resource person for session.
Throughout the session, the resource person delved into the economic aspects of the budget and provided a concise overview of the key highlights of Union Budget 2026.
The entire session was interactive and truly enriching, attended by nearly 188 students from T.Y.B.Com
The session was further honoured with presence of Dr. Daxesh Thakar, Honourable Provost of VVWU.
The session was meticulously planned under the guidance of Hon. Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar and Registrar Dr. R. D. Patel. The event was executed with the diligent support of Dr. Abhilasha Agarwal, HoD-Accountancy and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce & Management Studies.
It was effectively coordinated by Ms. Krina Vankawala and Ms. Anmol Jadav.
