The Department of Commerce of Jyoti Dalal School of Commerce and Management, VVWU, successfully organized an Educational visit to R. Wadiwala Securities Pvt. Ltd. on Friday, February 20, 2026.
The students were warmly welcomed by Mr. Vishal Kanurkar, HR head, R. Wadiwala Securities Pvt. Ltd. Their team provided insights about Stock Market Operations, Demat and Trading account, Portfolio Management and Investment Advisory Services, SEBI Registration, IPO Documents which enhanced the student’s learning experience and practical exposure.
Students’ gained information about operational aspects of Trading, Research, Compliance, Accounts, IT, Reception and Customer Care Departments during the visit. It was knowledge enriching experience for 35 students from T.Y.B.Com and M.Com.
The visit was planned under the guidance of Hon. Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar, Registrar Dr. R. D. Patel, Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies Dr. Abhilasha Agarwal.
It was coordinated by Dr. Nanda Bothra and Ms. Jennifer Mevawala.
