World Blood Donor Day Blood Donation Camp – A Proud Achievement

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, the NCC and NSS Units of Vanita Vishram Women’s University, in association with 6 Gujarat Girls Battalion NCC, Surat, Jain Conference, Delhi and Surat Raktdan Kendra & Research Centre successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on 13th June 2026 at Shiv Gauri Hall.

Being a Women’s University, the collection of 106 units of blood is a remarkable and inspiring achievement. The enthusiastic participation of students, faculty members, staff, alumni, parents, and well-wishers reflected their strong sense of social responsibility and commitment towards saving lives.

This achievement stands as a proud milestone for the University, proving that “One Drop of Humanity – Give Blood, Save Lives” is not just a slogan but a value deeply embraced by the Vanita Vishram family.
