  7. ABC/APAAR ID print from DigiLocker (1 copy)
  8. Study gap declaration by the student on Rs. 50 stamp paper (If applicable)
  9. Self-attested photocopy of EWS certificate. (if applicable 1 copy)
  10. Self-attested photocopy of caste certificate (For SC/ST/ SEBC/ OBC) (if applicable) (1 copy)
  11. Self-attested photocopy of Divyang certificate (For Divyang students only) (1 copy)
