On March 19, 2025, the Department of Computer Science arranged a social visit to Andhjan Shikshan Mandal, Ghod dod Road, Surat, for MSc IT Semester 2 students. Students visited this location to learn about the obstacles that visually impaired persons face in their daily lives. Today’s visit involved 28 students and four staff members. Furthermore, students donated Cap, toys, fruits, balloons, and homemade chocolates to them.
MSc IT students appreciated interacting with challenged pupils.
This visit is coordinated and supported by our Provost, Dr. Daxesh Thakar, Registrar, Dr. R. D. Patel, and Dean, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Nirali C. Dave.
The event was well-coordinated by Dr. Dikshan N Shah and Dr. Chirag Mehta, Assistant Professors, Department of Computer Science.
