A workshop on step wise production of Sizzlers was organized by the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, School of Vocational Studies, on the 17th of August, 2023.
The resource person was Chef. Divyesh Chauhan, an experienced chef from the Hospitality Industry. The workshop was hands-on, and the students got the opportunity to try the recipes out themselves.
Two popular varieties of sizzlers were taught by the Chef.
The students would be able to apply the knowledge gained in future practical lectures
The entire program was organized under the able guidance of Hon. Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar
and coordinated by Dr. Vinita Mod , HOD HTM, Dean Faculty of Vocational Studies.
