Psynapse -2023

The Department of Psychology, Vanita Vishram Women’s University organized a Psychology Fest, Psynapse 2023 on friday, 17th february at Baji Gauri Open Air Theatre, Vanita Vishram, Athwagate, Surat under the abled guidance of honorable provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar.

This psychology fest was organized to bridge the gap between society and mental health awareness. The chief guest for the inaugural ceremony was Dr. Kishorsinh Chavda the Vice Chancellor of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and the guest of honor was Shri Manhar C. Desai, Secretary of Vanita Vishram. The convener of this event was Dr. Aditya Farsole, Head, Department of Psychology.

Psynapse 2023 was organized by over 200 volunteers from the department of psychology. This fest saw a total foot-fall of over 4000 individuals that included Vice Chancellors, Deans, Principals, HODs, Professors, Teachers, Mental Health Practitioners, Students from Various Schools and Colleges, Parents and General Public.
