Tri Colour Recipe Competition, 2024: HTM, SVS, VVWU

On the occasion of Independence Day, the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, School of Vocational Studies, Vanita Vishram Women’s University organized Tri Colour Recipe competition on 13th August, 2024. The inauguration ceremony of this event was done in the presence of Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar.

62 students from different schools of the university have participated in this event. The competition was judged by the renowned Chef Shashikant Rathod (Executive Chef, Le Meridien, Surat).

The entire event was successfully completed under the guidance and support of Dr. Daxesh Thakar, Dr. R.D. Patel, Registrar, VVWU and  Dr. Vinita Mod, Dean Faculty of Vocational Studies and Head of the Department), along with the coordination of Dr. Ruchika Agarwal and Dr. Rajul Gandhi (Assistant Professors, Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management).

1st: Savaliya Pruthvi (SY.BCA)
2nd: Vrushti Shah (SY.BVOC, HTM)
3rd: Tehsin Sipai (SY.BSC, Chemistry)
