Admission 2025-26 Process Flow
1. Check Your Eligibility, Class Timings & Sem-I Fees
- Check your eligibility for the programme in which you intend to take admission. Click here to check eligibility criteria. They are mentioned in Q-2 of FAQs.
- Check the fees amount for the semester-I and classes timings carefully. They are mentioned in Q-2 of FAQs.
2. Prerequisites to Fill the Application Form
Before you start filling the online form, keep following documents and details ready.
- Soft copy of your latest passport size photo (selfie not allowed). Photo size must be between 200 KB to 300 KB. (Click here to see sample acceptable and not acceptable photo.)
- Scanned image of your signature with black pen on white plain paper (up to 50 KB) (Click here to see sample acceptable and not acceptable signature.)
- H.S.C./ Equivalent mark sheet(s) for UG programme. Graduation/ Equivalent mark sheet(s) for PG/PGD programme
- School leaving certificate or Transfer certificate
- Aadhar card
- ABC/ APAAR ID (DigiLocker) (Click here to watch ‘How to create ABC/ APAAR ID’.)
- Your blood group (If you don’t know your blood group then please get it checked from a certified laboratory as it is required for the ID card.)
- Parents’ mobile number and their email ids
3. Fill the Online Application Form
- Once all documents are ready, start filling the online form.
- To fill the online form, open https://vvwuforms.zeroq.net
- Select the program in which you wish to take admission.
- Enter your mobile number, when asked.
- Read all other instructions written on the the next page of the online form carefully.
- Upload your latest passport size photo (No selfie, size should be 200 KB to 300 KB) and signature (up to 50 KB).
- Fill all the required details accurately.
- After successful submission, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile. Complete the procedure.
4. Take Print & Go through the Code of Conduct carefully
- Take print of application form back-to-back on A4 page. (Save Paper)
- You also have to print of code of conduct back-to-back on A4 page.
- Read the code of conduct thoroughly. Student and parent both have to sign on application form and code of conduct.
5. Attachments
- Sign on the photocopies of all the applicable documents. List of documents (for UG admission and for PG/ PGD admission) is provided on the second page of the application form.
- Attach all the documents as per the order mentioned in the application form.
- Attach one latest passport size photograph. (Write your full name and program on the back side of photograph)
- Attach original HSC or equivalent mark sheet(s) in case of UG programm. Attach Last semester original mark sheet in case of PG/ PGD programme.
6. Fees Payment and Form Submission
- Visit VVWU office on any working day from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
- VVWU staff will verify your application form and other documents.
- Pay the prescribed fees either through cash or cheque/ demand draft or online (UPI/ debit card or credit card, POS not available) at the fee counter and submit the application form and the documents.
- Collect your fee receipt. Your admission is confirmed.
7. Get Connected with VVWU
- Join the respective class WhatsApp group once you pay the fees. You will get further updates in this group. Leave the ‘VVWU Admission Inquiry 2025-26’ WhatsApp group (if you had joined) which is now no longer useful.
- Install VVWU Student’s App and register. Like/ Follow/ Subscribe VVWU social media profiles. (QR codes and links are kept at the verification counters.)
