🩸 Blood Donation Camp 🩸

Venue: Shivgauri Seminar Hall, VVWU, Surat
The NCC Unit of Jyoti Dalal School of Commerce and Management and NSS Unit of Vanita Vishram Women’s University, in association with the 6 Gujarat Girls Battalion NCC and Surat Raktadan Kendra & Research Centre and Jain Conference, New Delhi, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day.
The event commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony by Col. J. S. Kulaar (Commanding Officer, 6 Gujarat Girls Battalion), Dr. Daxesh Thakar (Provost, VVWU), and Shri M. C. Desai (Secretary, Vanita Vishram).
A solemn Shraddhanjali was offered in memory of the victims of the tragic Ahmedabad plane crash.
A total of 206 participants attended the camp with great enthusiasm. Out of these, 82 units of blood were successfully collected, making a meaningful contribution to society.

đź‘Ź Dr. Abhilasha Agrawal, Dean of Jyoti Dalal School of Commerce and Management (JDSCM) and Dr. Aditya Farsole, Dean of School of Humilities and Social Sciences ( SOHASS) graced the occasion, motivated the donors, and expressed heartfelt thanks to all the participants for their valuable contribution.
