The Department of Food and Nutrition, School of Science and Technology, organized a cafeteria by M.Sc. Sem-III students in the subject of Institutional Food Management.
The main purpose of the programme was to provide a practical approach to the students about establishing the cafeteria. This also helped to develop entrepreneurship skills. Institutional Food Management is the art of providing food and drink aesthetically and scientifically to a large number of people in a satisfactory and cost effective manner. After getting theoretical knowledge it is necessary to give practical exposure about the subject.
We are thankful to our Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar and Dr. Manisha Vyas (Dean of SST and HOD of Food & Nutrition) to provide this wonderful opportunity for the students.
