Day 2 -Cultural Conclave 2025
Social and Cultural Committee, VVWU has organized the two day Cultural Conclave–2025 on 9th and 10th December 2025 at Vanita Vishram Women’s University. The objective of this two-day conclave is to connect students with experienced artists in creative fields such as theatre, painting, and photography.
The second day began with an engaging Theatre Session by senior theatre experts Shri Kapildev Shukla and Shri Sonal Vaidya Kulkarni .They highlighted essential aspects such as character understanding, stage presence, voice modulation, timing, and audience engagement, encouraging students to view theatre as a medium that builds confidence, creativity, and empathy.
This was followed by a Painting and Visual Arts Session conducted by renowned artists Shri Ramanik Jhapadiya and Shri Gajendra Majithiya . They emphasized and guided students on key artistic elements like colour harmony, composition, light–shade balance, and texture. The session inspired students to observe deeply, express freely, and refine their artistic skills.
Regarding this event, Shri Kripalini T. Desai, President of the Board of Management of Vanita Vishram Women’s University and Chairman of Vanita Vishram, Surat; Shri Pravin T. Vora , Vice President of the Board of Management and Vice Chairman of Vanita Vishram, Surat and Shri Manhar C. Desai, Secretary of Vanita Vishram, Surat conveyed their best wishes to the organizers and the students.
The successful organization of this programme was carried out under the guidance of Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar, by the joint efforts of Social and Cultural Committee Chairperson Dr. Aditya Farsole , Co-chairperson Dr. Ishita Desai, and their entire team.
