Industrial Exposure Training

As a part of Industrial Exposure Training, 2023, the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, School of Vocational Studies, Vanita Vishram Women’s University, Surat organized a workshop on “Standardization of recipe and identification of nutrition values” during 20th and 21st February, 2023. Ms. Vrinda Ahuja (Teaching assistant, SPTMC) was invited as a resource person. The students were guided about the techniques of standardization of recipe, food groups, identification and calculation of nutritional values and methods to increase nutritional values.

The workshop was successfully completed under the guidance of our Hon. Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar and the faculty coordinators: Dr. Vinita Mod, Mrs. Ruchika Agarwal and Dr. Rajul Gandhi.
