As a part of Industrial Exposure Training, the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management organized a visit to Leaf & Lean Restaurant for F.Y. B.Voc. (HTM) students.
During the visit, Dr. Shashi Saini-the owner and founder of Leaf & Lean Restaurant- explained about the operations and management of the restaurant. She also gave an insight of starting up the business. The visit was organized under the guidance of our Hon. Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar.
