It’s a matter of pride to announce that Dr. Neha Raval, Assistant Professor at School of Commerce and Business Management presented a paper on “Application of QFD in Higher Education: A Systematic Literature Review” in Sixth international conference on “Lean Six Sigma in Higher Education” at Abudhabi, UAE on 14th – 15th November, 2022.

Experts and researchers from six continents participated in the conference and shared their views on improving quality of higher education through Lean Six Sigma approach.
