Symposium on Tapi Puran

The students of History Department, SOHASS attended a Symposium titled “Tapi Puran” organized by our MoU Partner, Centre for Social Studies, Surat on 30 September, 2022. Wherein 16 students participated.

It was an event where students learnt about the origin and importance of the river Tapi for the city of Surat.

The symposium was conducted by Mr. Sanjay Choksi and Mr. Ailesh Shukla. The talk was followed by a detailed discussion wherein the students and experts participated enthusiastically.
