Symposium: Roots to Repository

The students of History Department, SOHAS attended a Symposium titled From Roots to Repository, organized by Intach, Surat chapter on 24 September, 2022. Wherein 35 students of the department  participated enthusiastically.

It was an event where students learnt about the rich heritage and culture of Gujarat and Surat.

There were speakers invited from Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. They gave a deep understanding about the importance of heritage and itd preservation and conservation.

We thank the Hon. Provost Dr. Daxesh Thakar for his kind support and constant motivation for participating in such activities.
